Yesterday was the first day of Winter and lately I've noticed... it's darn cold! It all came to a head this morning when I was attempting some very simple crochet before work. Cold fingers = clumsy, loose, giant-sized stitches. Ugh. A few years ago I went through a bit of a fingerless glove craze and ended up with some very cute pairs! Sadly, when I got married and moved house a year and a half ago, my collection became compromised. Most pairs seem to have been split in half, rendering the gloves I did manage to hold onto fairly pointless without their partner!
Today I've been hunting for a pair to keep my hands warm over the next few months, and have found some pretties:
Don't these all just make your hands feel all snuggly????
Also, I'm sorta pining for these bear ear warmers...Winter. What a lovely season!

I just found your blog via Thursday's blog giveaway! Thank you so much for the glove links. I am in Wollongong NSW and my fingers have been so cold lately! Off to check out cute gloves... :)
Oh, I just got inspired, these bear ear warmes are genius :D
those warmers are so cool!
I'm a huge fingerless glove fan - some great links you posted!
Hugs from Italy.
Those gloves are great! I have to say I was a little confused when I saw one of your recent blog posts was talking about winter until I realized you were in Australia! I found you from New York via the "my girl thursday" blog.
Hahaha, was wondering if that would confuse some people. Maybe I should use more obviously Australian lingo so that people realise straight away! ;) Crikey!
Those gloves are gorgeous! Great colors.
It's summer where I am (Seoul) but I have a slight obsession with fingerless gloves, no matter the season!
These are awesome finds, I hadn't discovered Pilland yet - they are my favs for sure!
